Thank you Saulteau I kept an eye for those settings. In PGAdmin I could not see how to get the GRANT WIZARD to set the schema as USAGE. I mean I set that option in the interface but it did not persist and there appears to be no error message after the GRANT WIZARD. I found a copy of DBeaver and it wrote the changes required.
