Semms you got stuck with the gdal-abi package. You can try the solution given at https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/218528/qgis-depends-on-gdal-abi-2-1-1-not-installable
You may try the ubuntugis unstable ppa, instead of the ubuntugis (stable) ppa.
I suggest to install in a terminal, not with the Ubuntu software center. You need to update your packages list first, then install the dependent GDAL packages.
