I used to use Manifold a lot, as that's what I originally learned on. Still would, but been making a concerted effort to stick with FOSS tools. But yes, Manifold has, and seems to be further developing their GPU capabilities. Mike Sumner has even been developing an R package to interface with Manifold: https://github.com/mdsumner/manifoldr
