THX Jürgen, Bingo!


Our problem was: the local admin has not enough rights for the complete 
installation.

We tested it on another Win-PC with full admin-rights and all is OK

"msys"-path can empty.

Did you set the GRASS7 directory to C:\OSGeo4W64\apps\grass\grass-7.0.3 in 
processing options, provider, grass gis 7 commands?

The GRASS package in OSGeo4W doesn't depend on msys anymore - so it isn't 
pulled in automatically.
