Hi Chris,
You can share style for layers with sld files.
In the Layer properties > Style you find a button “Style” There you can either
save or load a style. Both in SLD and QGIS Layer Style.

If you want to have Global styles you can import/export styles in
Settings>Style Manager> Share – in this you have to use an XML file.

Emne: [Qgis-user] Question for sharing styles

I am interested in what others are doing to share styles with ArcGIS users.
Most of my clients in the U.S. use ArcGIS. It's a fact of life that I share
data and styles with them. As far as I know only ArcGIS server can read sld?
What do others do to share styles with ArcGIS users?

Thanks
--Chris
