Hi,
I believe it's the raster Google maps that are moving and not the vector
layers. It happens when you zoom in.  Just open the Google layer in the
open layer plugin and click on "save as image".  Then load that image in
your project.

Dear colleagues,  I am facing a problem during the export of output map
using google earth image and vector layers. Within the print composer, it is
ok, but when I take any output map, vector layers are not their places, they
are moving. Please help me, how can I solve it. Thanks in advance. Suvendu Roy
