It would be cool to have a QGIS mobile. Someone would have to sponsor development though - it would probably need an overhaul of the UI and is probably a major effort. I think that Meego/Maemo and Android would be more interesting platforms than Windows Mobile. Maemo/Meego comes already pre-installed with qt, which makes it a natural platform for QGIS mobile.
