I have some shape files that are in seconds rather
than decimal degrees. Can I create a proj4 setup that'll match them
with my WGS84(+proj=longlat +ellps=WGS84 +no_defs) shape files? The
only thing that's different from the WGS84 is the seconds instead of
decimal degrees. I tried to add a unit specification but that didn't
work. Thanks. |
