How do I adjust the snapping distance for the Vertex Tool? I tried changing the distance in the project settings as well as in the snapping tool, but it does not seem to affect the distance. I want to make sure the user gets within a meter of the vertex before it highlights because I need to find this vertex in the geometry of the polygon. Once it is selected and being edited, I want to use this new vertex at the mouse location to grow or shrink the polygon to calculate the new area of the polygon as the vertex is being moved.
