Hi Dieter, The proper way would be to ask the original owner of the plugin to take over ownership. (as admins we also have an email address for ever owner)
I'll sent you the mail addres in a separate mail (and put him in bcc for this mail). Please contact the owner, and let him sent an email to this list telling it is ok to take ownership. Then we can keep the same (good :-) ) name and you can take over ownership and upload new plugins. (In case all fails, as in mail bounces or really not able to contact we can always move ownership) Note about that the original repo is gone... I'm not sure if Google Streetview actually is OK with this kind of plugins, maybe he was afraid of legal stuff?
