I've noticed that the "latest" build-depds container image published on docker.io fails to build qgis due to too old CMake version:
docker.io/qgis/qgis3-build-deps:latest
I've filed an issue on the qgis/qgis repository but I'm not
sure if that's the source of that image or not:

What procedure is responsible to update that image/tag ?
