Ok, I've started to update the processes detailed on the QEP repo to include all the feedback received so far. See https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/pull/308 . This is just about formalising/updating the policy around QEPs so far, it doesn't touch the current approach for tracking them (github issues). I'd like to get the policies updated initially and then formalise the new structure.
