QwtPlotCurve sounds like you are missing QWT? This is documented
in the up-to-date documentation at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/INSTALL.md#2-overview and
has been written in that document for at least two years.

I have tried to build qgis from source with this document
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/ltr-3_22/INSTALL.md but
I got many errors. Recently I found this guide
