I have compiled on MSVC 2015, Windows 10. Till compile and install as in C:/OSGeo4w/apps/qgis-test and run successful from cmd prompt.
When I tried to package it using perl creatensis.pl, it gives error qgis_app.dll Error loading QGIS Oops, looks like an error loading QGIS Details: Could not load qgis_app.dll Windows Error: The specified module could not be found. Help: Check C:\Program Files\QGIS 3.12\bin\qgis-bin.env for correct environment paths What could be wrong?
