I'm struggling with a test that modifies a gpkg (only the header) while QgsOgrProvider is NOT setting OGR_SQLITE_JOURNAL to WAL (found with adding debugging to it).
Any idea about what else could be resulting in gpkg being open in WAL mode, from a QgsServer request ? A possible hint: modification of the file only happens when 2 GetMap requests are made, by the same process (a single one of any of the two requests does NOT result in modification).
