I didn't notice anything when I test installed it (but w/o any plugins). Anyway using the version number instead of the release name in the path shouldn't be a problem. The release was branched and tagged and a new tarball was made. The packages are available too. I think there were some pending updates to the website or visual changelog, but unfortunately got sidetracked by urgent other stuff - otherwise I'd probably already had announced the release.
