This is not related to migration. It's only Debian that decided to remove QtWebKit for Qt4 (on unstable if I am not mistaken). QtWebKit is available for Qt5. And on every other platform still for Qt4. The time may eventually come when QWebEngine will be a full replacement for QtWebKit. But as far as I know, it's not yet there. So I'd not make any noise around the issue.
