I would add: - who is available to mentor it full time? In this case, as Arunmozhi pointed out, the project involves a number of important decisions that can't be taken by the student alone. Moreover, we need to ensure timely answers, to allow a steady developing pace. As it is a very interesting and much needed feature, I believe that the student deserves appropriate support.
