In older (< 1.7.2) QGIS Debian packages the icons from src/plugins/grass/themes/ where packed into qgis-plugin-grass-common package and installed into /usr/share/qgis/themes/ directory.
Building Debian packages for QGIS 1.7.3 that icon are not longer installed. It seems a change into the CMakeLists.txt file, not a Debian issue. It that OK?
