I've just tested now a MS-DOS 6.22 + MS-Windows 3.11 in a Qemu VM specifying -soundhw sb16
It works: You must go to guest's Control Panel, Drivers, Add, select "Creative labs sound blaster 1.5", Okay, Port 220 Interrupt 5.
