[PATCH v6 07/12] virtio-sound: handle VIRTIO_SND_PCM_SET_PARAMS

[Emmanouil Pitsidianakis]

Handle the set parameters control request. It reconfigures a stream
based on a guest's preference if the values are valid and supported.
