From: Stefan Hajnoczi <stefa...@redhat.com> Since the AioContext argument was already NULL, AIO_WAIT_WHILE() was never going to unlock the AioContext. Therefore it is possible to replace AIO_WAIT_WHILE() with AIO_WAIT_WHILE_UNLOCKED().
