hmp_migrate() stores modified QAPI 'migrate' arguments from qdict
into well defined MigrateChannel struct with help of
migrate_channel_from_qdict().
hmp_migrate() also accepts uri string as modified QAPI a 'migrate'
argument (for backward compatibility).
