This should be releasenoted for next time around in ChangeLog/Next on the wiki. (I would fix it myself, but the wiki claims "You must confirm your e-mail address before editing pages. Please set and validate your e-mail address through your user preferences" but doesn't seem to in fact have anywhere to set an email address in the userprefs...
