[PATCH 0/2] block: Minor vhost-user-blk fixes

- Add vhost-user-blk help to qemu-storage-daemon,
- Do not list vhost-user-blk in BlockExportType when
  CONFIG_VHOST_USER_BLK_SERVER is disabled.
