Introduce a QMP command 'query-kvmstats' to query KVM for vm and vcpu fd-based statistics. The kernel support is provided by commit:
cb082bfab59a ("KVM: stats: Add fd-based API to read binary stats data") The interface supports an optional 'filter' argument to specify a particular stat to query.
