The quickest way to get this reviewed is to follow the procedure at https://wiki.qemu.org/Contribute/SubmitAPatch which is basically send a "git format-patch" email to the qemu-devel mailing list. Adding as CC the appropriate maintainers shown by running "./scripts/get_maintainer.pl /path/to/my.patch" as indicated in Section 2.1 "CC the relevant maintainer" will help ensure it gets the attention of the right people.
