No; that reference [1] is used a few lines hire up for:

See SEV KM API Spec [1] 'Launching a guest' usage flow (Appendix A) for the
complete flow chart.


so that needs fixing up to actually point to that flowchart or
equivalent.

That site is useful to include, but I guess it also needs a pointer
to the Volume2 section 15.34 or the like.
