So a NS watchdog expiration will triggers qemu_system_reset_request(SHUTDOWN_CAUSE_GUEST_RESET). This is fine for now, we can eventually implement the proper behavior of IRQ#0 later (flag the NSWD of the RESET_SYNDROME register and continue execution from cpu reset if NSWD enabled in RESET_MASK, without shutting QEMU down).
