Actually after double checking this not correct. There are two similarly named but subtely different tags. Your mail referenced 'riscv-qemu-upstream-v8.2' and that does contain extra commits without signoffs. There is another tag 'qemu-upstream-v8.2' that contains only the signed-off commits. So did you mention the wrong tag in the cover letter, or push the wrong content ?
