Peter Maydell is qemu.git maintainer again for the QEMU 2.9 release cycle. Many maintainers will be offline over the coming days until new year. Expect patch review and merging to be slow until around 6th of January. If you have any feedback on the 2.8 release cycle, feel free to reply to this thread. I favor shortening the freeze period and moving towards more frequent, less hefty releases. Thanks, Stefan
