I tried hard to address the two sets of comments I got for v6: - in the first half of the series, I reworked the new pci-bridge property - in the second half, I implemented the agreed upon OFW format
I also adapted the OVMF series to the changes in the second half (locally only, for now), and retested QEMU+OVMF with my Windows Server 2012 r2 guest.
