Yes, I think 10.5 is the earliest we currently claim to care about. (In practice I'm not sure when anybody last tried to build on 10.5.) I have a vague recollection that somebody said they were in the habit of cross-compiling for OSX from Linux. I guess if these tools aren't in their cross toolchain they'll let us know :-) -- PMM
