Applied, thanks. Something I've realised recently would be useful is if v2 respins of a pullrequest could include the fact that it's a v2 in either the tag commit message or in the tagname itself it would be easier for me to reassure myself that the merge I'm about to push to master is indeed the most recent respin (since it will then appear in the merge commit message).
