Fix incorrect assumption that DSP and non-DSP versions of the following instructions have the same encoding: MULT, MULTU, MADD, MADDU, MSUB, MSUBU, MFHI, MFLO, MTHI, MTLO. Correct the existing (non-DSP) instructions and add DSP equivalents.
