Are you using RHEL or CentOS? If it is RHEL, then I suggest you ask Red Hat for support. > 1. in guest, i can ping out, but get no answers. even throught i ping HOST ip. > May 25 20:50:59 ovirtdev NetworkManager[2370]: <warn> > /sys/devices/virtual/net/vnet0: couldn't determine device driver; ignoring... > 2. permissive selinux. and give all permission to everyone . > root@ovirtdev images]# virsh snapshot-create-as linux snapshot1 "snapshot1" > --disk-only --atomic > error: internal error unable to execute QEMU command 'transaction': > /var/lib/libvirt/images/test.snapshot1: error while creating qcow2: > Permission denied This error is probably associated with libvirt, not qemu; where libvirt may be setting permissions incorrectly (there have been bug fixes in the past, and libvirt 1.0.5 does much better than libvirt 0.10.2). As such, this is probably not the best list to get help for your issue. Furthermore, it would help if you show the entire backing chain of the file that you are trying to snapshot (qemu-img info /var/lib/libvirt/images/test.snapshot1). -- Eric Blake eblake redhat com +1-919-301-3266 Libvirt virtualization library http://libvirt.org
