How have you tested that? I tried to boot x86-64 and mipsel guests in
system mode, and they both fail. The symptoms are slightly different
before and after your patches, but I can't say if it is better or
worse. What is sure is that this TCG target is broken.

However, I only ever executed ppc guests on a G5 ppc64 host. Sorry if
