[Qemu-devel] trying to use -cpu qemu64, +hv_relaxed , get CPU feature hv_relaxed not found

Hi list,

I'm trying to pass hyper-v feature, with  -cpu qemu64,+hv_relaxed (qemu 1.3) 
but I got an 

"CPU feature hv_relaxed not found"


Does this require an specific host kernel or host cpu feature support ?
