The usual way to pick ids supported by windows out-of-the-box unfortunaly doesn't fly for pci-serial cards. I'm happy that we don't have to code anything and just the inf file to hook up the serial.sys shipped by windows is enougth. I'm certainly open for better ideas though ... cheers, Gerd
