To me, the fact that GPA is stored in a separated *tree* should be an implementation detail not exposed by the function names. Ideally, the user of the VhostIOVATree just knows that some entries are tagged with the GPA and others are not. Saying otherwise, we could replace the GPA for another struct, or merge both trees, and the API would remain unchanged if we just add the _gpa as suffix.
