From: Yi Liu <yi.l....@intel.com> Implement [set|unset]_iommu_device() callbacks in Intel vIOMMU. In set call, a new structure VTDHostIOMMUDevice which holds a reference to HostIOMMUDevice is stored in hash table indexed by PCI BDF.
