From: Tianrui Zhao <zhaotian...@loongson.cn>
Add kvm.c and kvm-stub.c into meson.build to compile
it when kvm is configed. Meanwhile in meson.build,
we set the kvm_targets to loongarch64-softmmu when
the cpu is loongarch.
