Change subject: fix: remove unintentional pywikibot.warn()

fix: remove unintentional pywikibot.warn()
- replace pywikibot.warn() with warnings.warn()
- replace pywikibot.warn() with pywikibot.warning() in PropertyGenerator
- remove warning in ReplaceRobot.apply_replacements because this
deprecation message is 10 years old.
