Cloudflare Bot Challenge now blocks API access for non-browser clients. Test results: ✅ Jenkins CI ❌ GitHub Actions ❌ GitHub Actions via WMCS SOCKS proxy ❌ Local tests ✅ Browser access to proofwiki API (after completing the Cloudflare JavaScript challenge) Since the result depends on the execution environment rather than Pywikibot, I propose removing the test.
