TASK DESCRIPTION
**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
- `>py pwb.py listpages -format:4 -tofile:exp.txt -site:wikipedia -lang:ru
-logevents:rights -limit:10`
**What happens?**:
`ERROR: Unknown parameter "-tofile:exp.txt".`
**What should have happened instead?**:
-tofile [str] Save Page titles to a single file. File name can be
set with ``-tofile:filename`` or ``-tofile:dir_name/filename``.
