I would suggest something like this:
-[type]:[level] Set [type] protection level to [level]
Usual values for [type] are: edit, move, create, upload; further types
may be
provided by some wikis.
Usual values for [level] are: all > autoconfirmed > sysop; further
levels may be
provided by some wikis.
-default: Used to specify the protection level of all available
actions, if they have not been specifically redefined. If the protection level
is not specified for this parameter, it is assumed to be equal to sysop.
-unprotect Acts like "default:all"
If the "unprotect" and "default" flags are used simultaneously,
priority will be given to the latter flag.
For example, specifying "-default:autoconfirmed -create:sysop" will
protect non-existing pages from being created by everyone except
administrators, and protect all existing pages from editing and moving by
anyone who does not have the autoconfirmed flag
