TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary** API:Allpages <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Allpages> has a alto parameter to stop enumerating at that page title **Use case(s)**: interwiki.py and redirect.py have an -until option to implement such a stop but it looks easier to have such an option with site.allpages **Benefits**: Avoids client-side filtering and termination logic by delegating the upper page-title bound to MediaWiki.
