TASK DESCRIPTION
beta families like `wpbeta` or `wsbeta` (see URLs below) are not part of the
Pywikibot families collection because they are only used for testing purposes.
Pywikibot attempts to create the family files for GitHub Actions tests, but
creating the family has been failing for a few days:
