TASK DESCRIPTION
Doctest fails to import module _tkinter in userinterfaces/gui.py. This
prevents the doc for the file to be generated at all.
WARNING: autodoc: failed to import module 'gui' from module
'pywikibot.userinterfaces'; the following exception was raised:
No module named '_tkinter', please install the python3-tk package
From my point of view, either similar approach to script_wui.py could be used
to solve this issue, or `autodoc_mock_imports` could be used. But I've been
unable to make any of these work.
