CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
When sphinx (or any other script), loads imagecopy.py, a new file `Uploadbot.localskips.txt` will be created in the current working directory with `{{NowCommons` as its contents. It should not be like this, building docs, or running tests, building docs or running tests should not have any side effects.
